Arundel, West Sussex has had a quality butchers at the heart of the town centre for well over a century.
Very little has changed over the years. The shop has had very few owners and I still make pork sausages
to the same recipe as Joyce & Sons Butchers who ran the shop between the late 1950's and 1989.

I now use the same JOYCE PORK sausage recipe in my shop in Spain - BIG BREAKFAST BUTCHERS.
